Job description
We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile professional to serve as a Healthcare Infrastructure & Development Planner. This role blends expertise in civil engineering, architectural coordination, urban planning, and project development to support the planning, design, and execution of healthcare-related projects. The ideal candidate will have strong experience navigating permitting and zoning processes, with a preference for those who have worked on healthcare facilities or regulated environments.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate development projects from concept through completion, integrating civil engineering, architectural design, and planning principles.
- Serve as a liaison between architects, engineers, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage and oversees zoning approvals, land use entitlements, and permitting processes across multiple jurisdictions.
- Review site plans, construction documents, and project specifications for compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Support healthcare facility development, including hospitals, clinics, and specialty care centers, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards (e.g., life safety, accessibility, and health codes).
- Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and due diligence for new developments or expansions.
- Coordinate infrastructure planning, including utilities, drainage, transportation access, and environmental considerations.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and regulatory milestones to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify risks and provide strategic solutions related to zoning, permitting, and construction constraints.
