Key Responsibilities

  • Provide short-term psychotherapy through telehealth platforms, ensuring that client interactions are effective and supportive.
  • Manage a caseload of 10-30 billable hours weekly, customizing therapy approaches to meet each client's unique needs.
  • Deliver counseling services across various modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy, focusing on mental health and dual diagnosis disorders.
  • Engage in crisis intervention and wellness planning, assisting clients in navigating traumatic events and stressful situations.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in an interdisciplinary team to create integrated care plans for clients.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes within electronic health record systems.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
