This position is entirely remote, specifically designed to allow therapists to deliver care via telehealth platforms. You will interact with clients through scheduled video sessions, leveraging advanced communication tools to ensure an effective therapeutic relationship. • Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure video chat platforms, focusing on personalized mental health improvement.
• Guide clients in discussing their emotions and personal experiences, facilitating insights that enhance their self-understanding and relationships.
• Act as a steadfast client advocate while identifying and defining their therapeutic goals and aspirations.
• Assess and evaluate clients' mental health conditions, developing and implementing tailored treatment plans in alignment with evidence-based practices and your professional expertise.
• Maintain detailed client records and progress notes in compliance with applicable regulations and best practices, all while minimizing your administrative burden.
• Collaborate with a network of other professionals to share insights and strategies for improved client outcomes and overall practice growth.

Our clientele consists of individuals who are prescreened and exhibit low acuity levels. This ensures that our counselors engage with clients who are ready to develop and implement actionable strategies for their mental health improvement. • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution is required for this role.
• Possession of a valid, independent license, including but not limited to LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW, issued by the state licensing board. Note that limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.
• Proven ability to make professional assessments and crucial decisions regarding treatment planning and implementation.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to create empathetic and trusting relationships with clients.
• Strong computer literacy skills, with experience in telehealth platforms being an advantage.

• Previous experience in a telehealth or remote counseling setting is strongly preferred.
• Experience working with a diverse client population and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities will be highly regarded.
• Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage caseloads while maintaining high standards of care and client satisfaction.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
