For more information, please visit www.careers.firstam.com.What We DoProvides expertise and supervision to escrow support staff in centralized clerical processing unit that processes all documentation associated with the with the initiation or closing of residential escrows. This work relieves branches of high volume paperwork for higher quality customer service and to provide time for promoting and generating new business. May communicate information, instructions and issues to Branch personnel. Provides training to employees in Escrow Support Center and Escrow branches.

What You'll Do

  • Provides work direction, supervision and training to lower level escrow support personnel
  • Manages schedules and coordinates staff meetings to improve branch service support and work flow efficiency
  • Manages more complex escrow closings and post-closings or work overflow, as necessary
  • Responds to escalated issues from managers, staff or branches.

What You'll Bring

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years escrow processing experience
  • Thorough knowledge of escrow processes, procedures and governing regulations
Pay Range: $26.88 - $35.82 Hourly, RemoteThis hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
