If you thrive under pressure and understand that true customer service takes heart, drive, and dedication, we want to hear from you!Note: At this time, we are exclusively hiring full-time remote workers who currently reside in New Brunswick.Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound inquiries for a wide variety of clients with professionalism and care.Flexibly switch between different client protocols, date entry, requirements, and tailored scripts. Maintain an empathetic, polite, and articulate demeanor on every call.Consistently meet performance indicators (KPI's) including schedule adherence, average wrap-up time, and high-Quality Assurance (QA) scores.
