This established health facility serves the Martinsville community with a dedicated oncology center supported by 3 additional permanent providers. The 13-bed department offers a collaborative and well-staffed environment with on-site apartment accommodations available for traveling providers.
Opportunity:
Physician - Internal Medicine - Hematology and Oncology
Job Details:
- 4 shifts per week, 8-10 hours per day depending on patient volumes
- Overtime paid after 40 hours per week
- Patient volume of 12-15 patients per day
- Beeper-only call for established patients, very light call of 2-5 contacts per week (phone only)
- Must hold an active Virginia medical license
- Board certification required (minimum board certification eligible)
