About the Part-Time Outpatient Therapist Role:

Do you have a passion for working with children and families? Are you energized by providing therapy services in a supportive, collaborative office setting? This is your opportunity to deliver high-quality care to youth ages 0–17 while being part of a team that values both client success and staff development.


Schedule:

  • 20 to 29 hrs per week
  • Hours available: Monday - Thursday 7:30a-7p and/or Friday 7:30a-5p

Under the direct supervision of the Licensed Clinical Supervisor the therapist is responsible for providing high quality therapeutic services to clients and their families within the family systems approach.


General Duties

  • Provide therapeutic services to a full caseload of children and families
  • Complete intake forms, psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in the Electronic Health Record
  • Meet team productivity, billing, and documentation standards
  • Utilize the family systems approach to engage clients and caregivers in treatment

Requirements:

What You Bring:

  • Master’s degree from a Florida license-eligible program (Counseling, Social Work, or MFT)
  • Eligibility to register as an intern in Florida (RMHCI, RCSWI, RMFTI)
  • Moderate computer skills (EHR and Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Reliable transportation, valid FL driver’s license, and auto insurance
  • Commitment to trauma-informed care and family-centered therapy
  • Current FL driver’s license and good driving record plus reliable transportation with automobile liability insurance is also required.

Preferred:

  • Previous experience providing therapeutic services to families and developing treatment plans based on current DSM/ICD diagnoses.
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
