Job description

Experienced Controls Technician

$35-$55 per hour, based on experience | Richardson, TX

Full-Time | 8 AM - 5 PM Monday - Friday

What You'll Be Working On

  • Troubleshoot and repair building automation and HVAC control systems
  • Handle service calls involving DDC systems and integrations
  • Perform system diagnostics, programming adjustments, and optimization
  • Support installation and commissioning efforts when needed
  • Work with leading platforms such as:
    • Tridium Niagara
    • Honeywell, Johnson Controls, Distech, ABB

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with BAS/DDC systems
  • Strong troubleshooting and programming background (PLC/DDC/ladder logic)
  • Familiarity with major controls systems (Distech, Honeywell, Johnson, ABB, etc.)
  • Niagara certification is a plus
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record

Candidates will be required to pass a drug screening & background check upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
