We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) to join our team in Baytown, TX. This position is crucial in providing culturally competent mental health services to our clientele. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep commitment to improving the lives of individuals and families within our community.
Responsibilities
As a QMHP, your key responsibilities will involve the following:
  • Skill-Building Training: Provide one-on-one skill-building sessions at the client's home, office, or in the community, utilizing evidence-based practices and curriculum to achieve treatment goals.
  • Crisis Intervention: Offer support and crisis/emergency services through face-to-face, phone, or on-call contact. Accurately document all crisis-related activities.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive client records in the electronic system, adhering to Texas Administrative Code requirements. Write detailed progress notes to track client progress.
