  • Support the specimen collection process and prepare samples for further analysis when necessary.
  • Thoroughly document all procedures, provide training for newcomers, and assist in maintaining high lab quality standards.
  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an allied health degree combined with a commitment to achieving ASCP/AMT certification.
Certifications
  • ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS), to be obtained within the first year of employment.
