Job description

We are recruiting a Forklift Driver to join our team! Your position will focus on safe and efficient movement of products and materials.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklift and pallet jack to maneuver product as needed
  • Prepare and verify quality of product for shipment
  • Load, unload, and stage product
  • Store incoming and outgoing product accordingly based off of FIFO
  • Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with pallet jack, forklift, or other industrial vehicles
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Good communication and observation

​Pay:

  • Initially, we will have you pack for 2+ weeks so you can get an understanding of the product, FIFO, and just how everything works. During this time, you will receive:
      • $13/hr
      • $2/hr attendance bonus
      • Total- $15/hr
  • Pay (Once switched to forklift):
      • $14/hr
      • Attendance bonus stays at $2/hr
      • Total- $16/hr
  • After a 30 day probationary period (on the forklift - not after hire date):
      • Hourly pay will stay at $14/hr
      • Attendance bonus will move to $4/hr
      • Total- $18/hr

​Hours:

  • M-F
    • In- 7am
    • Out- Whenever orders are complete and all trucks are loaded/unloaded. Could be anywhere between 12pm and 6pm.
  • Some Saturdays
    • Saturdays vary. They can range from just the forklift drivers coming in to load trucks and then leave, or the whole crew works until noon.
    • Saturdays are automatic overtime
