Medina, OH | Full-Time | Weekly Pay


Earn Up To $21+/hr with Incentives!

  • Base Pay: $15.64 – $17.38/hr
  • + $3.00/hr Shift Premium (2nd Shift)
  • + $1.50/hr Attendance Bonus (Weekly)
  • + $1,000 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be part of a team producing ready-to-eat foods like salads and soups in a clean, fast-paced environment.

You may work in roles such as:

  • Packers / Case Packers – Pack and inspect finished products
  • Line Leads – Help run the line and support the team
  • Clean Room Operators – Work in controlled environments operating filling equipment
  • Tray / Hand Fillers – Fill products to correct weight and specs
  • Potato Unloaders – Move trays and materials (higher physical role)
  • Ingredient Handlers / Prep – Weigh and stage ingredients
  • Production Support – Rotate across lines assisting wherever needed



Qualifications:

Work Environment

  • Refrigerated facility (30–38°F)
  • Fast-paced, team-based production
  • Strict food safety standards (GMP)

What You Need

  • Ability to stand for 8–12 hours
  • Lift up to 50–65 lbs
  • Reliable and ready to work
  • Manufacturing experience is a plus—but not required
