• Shift: 3 days/week, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible with lunch)
• Hours per week: 24
• Employment Type: Contract
• License/Certifications: Iowa Dental License preferred or ability to obtain; must be enrolled with Medicaid or willing to enroll
• Experience: Open to new graduates
• Patients per day: Approximately 9 treatments + 12 exams (varies)
• Support Staff: 2 assistants, hygienist, front desk

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $114.57/hr
• Pay schedule: Weekly via direct deposit

What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages
• Perform routine and complex procedures, including exams, fillings, and treatments
• Collaborate with support staff to ensure smooth patient workflows
• Maintain accurate patient records using Denticon and Planet DDS EMRs
• Adhere to all safety and health procedures, including Medicaid requirements
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options
• Support clinic goals for quality and patient satisfaction

What You Need:

• Iowa Dental License (preferred) or ability to obtain
• Enrollment with Medicaid or willingness to enroll
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
