Job description

We are looking for Heavy Equipment Operators/laborers. This is year round work with plenty of opportunities for overtime. Pay is based on experience, attitude, and work ethic. Must have a valid CDL Class A. Must be willing to drive to jobs with your own vehicle. We do work in Springfield, Lebanon and surrounding areas. Benefits are optional after 60 Days of full time employment, and paid vacation and paid holidays available after probationary period.

*2-3 previous employment references are required*

Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, skidsteers and trucks.
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of equipment on construction sites.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery to ensure proper functioning.
- Follow project plans and instructions for precise and accurate work.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while operating equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and projects.
