An Hourly Pit Loader Operator is a worker responsible for operating heavy machinery, such as loaders, in mining pits, quarries, or construction sites. Their main task is to load materials like rock, sand, or gravel into trucks or onto conveyors for transport. They must follow safety protocols, perform routine equipment checks, and may assist with basic maintenance. This position is typically paid by the hour and requires attention to detail and adherence to operational procedures.

Loader / Equipment Operator – Fast-Paced Yard (Growth Opportunity).

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in working hard, operating equipment well, and staying efficient all day.
Who This Is For:
  • You like staying busy and working with equipment.

What You’ll Do:
  • Load customer vehicles and contractor trucks accurately and efficiently.

  • Yard stays clean, organized, and efficient.
  • You become someone the team relies on.

Requirements:
  • Able to work outdoors in Texas conditions.
  • Physically capable and comfortable with labor.
  • Reliable and consistently early.

Pay & Growth:

  • Growth into:
    • Lead operator.
    • Driver.

Schedule:
  • Part-time or full-time.
  • Weekend work required.

Why Work With Us:
  • Organized yard (not chaos like most competitors).
  • Newer equipment and structured operations.
  • High standards = better team environment.

Apply If:
You want to work hard, get better, and be part of a team that actually runs efficiently.
