Occupational Therapist (OT)

GENEROUS RELOCATION BONUS: $4,500!

Compensation range: Flexible Hourly (Part-time) or Salary (Full-time)

Full-time Salary: $73,000–83,000

Role Overview

  • Pediatric Private Practice in Missoula, MT
  • Can be fully in-clinic or also in the schools if a candidate desires
  • Opportunities to participate in hippotherapy and aquatic therapy.
  • Multidisciplinary with structured, one-on-one mentorship
  • AI-supported EMR system with talk-to-text capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Part-Time: $45–55/hour direct therapy & $22–25/hour administrative time
  • Full-Time (36+ hours/week): $73,000–83,000 annually
  • Medical (Blue Cross PPO) with 25% employer contribution (full-time)

  • SIMPLE IRA with employer match

  • PTO accrual (2+ weeks annually full-time; prorated for eligible part-time)

  • 6 paid holidays (prorated for part-time)

  • Very generous $2,000 CEU budget (full-time); $500 (part-time)- can be applied to licensing dues
