Car Wash Attendant

As a Car Wash Attendant at Don Thornton Volkswagen of Tulsa, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to meet our high standards. This is a full-time, hourly position with the opportunity for career growth within our organization. Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $16 per hour, paid biweekly. Responsibilities: Greet customers and assist them with their specific car wash needs. Thoroughly clean and vacuum the interior of vehicles. Wash and wax the exterior of vehicles, including tires and windows. Use specialized equipment and cleaning products to achieve quality results. Inspect vehicles for any damages and report any issues to management. Keep track of inventory and notify management when products need to be restocked. Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Follow all safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements: Previous customer service experience preferred. Experience with car detailing and/or car wash equipment is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record without a speeding ticket 20 MPH or over. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to work in various weather conditions. Must be willing to work weekends and holidays if needed. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and move freely in and out of vehicles.
