Job description

Pool Technician (1+ Year Experience Required)

Stockbridge, GA & Alpharetta, GA - Office Locations

Servicing the entire metro Atlanta Area

Full-Time
$16.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience & certifications)

Collins Pool Management is seeking experienced Swimming Pool Technicians to join our growing team. With over 14 years of serving the Atlanta community, we offer top pay, year-round stability, and a team-focused culture that sets us apart.

If you have 1+ year of professional pool maintenance experience and enjoy working outdoors in a hands-on environment, we want to hear from you.

Minimum Requirements (Required to Apply)

  • At least 1+ year of pool maintenance experience (required)
  • Valid Georgia Driver’s License (clean driving record preferred)
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of pool chemical dosing and water balance
  • Basic understanding of pool filtration systems and equipment
  • Professional appearance and reliability

Preferred Qualifications:

  • CPO (Certified Pool Operator) Certification

Job Responsibilities

  • Vacuum, skim, and brush swimming pools
  • Test and balance pool chemicals according to safety standards
  • Perform routine maintenance and equipment checks
  • Ensure pools are clean, safe, and compliant with DPH regulations
  • Communicate clearly with clients and team members
  • Maintain organized service logs and route efficiency
