Residential HVAC Foreman


Location: Edmonton, AB (field-based role servicing residential projects in the Edmonton area)


Lead Residential Work With Confidence


Rahall Mechanical Inc. is looking for a Residential HVAC Foreman to help lead installation work and support residential projects across the Edmonton area. We want someone who is dependable, skilled in the trade, and able to lead from the front while keeping jobs organized, efficient, and up to standard. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on leadership and wants to grow with a company that values solid field performance.


This is a full-time role for an experienced residential HVAC professional who can lead installation work, coordinate activity on site, and help maintain strong workmanship and team performance. You will work closely with your crew, help keep jobs on schedule, and ensure work is completed safely and professionally. The right person will be comfortable taking initiative, mentoring others, and working overtime when needed.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead residential HVAC installation work on active job sites
  • Coordinate daily tasks and maintain efficient workflow
  • Ensure installation quality meets company standards
  • Troubleshoot installation issues and resolve field problems
  • Mentor apprentices and junior team members
  • Communicate with homeowners, contractors, and internal staff
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and productive worksite
  • Manage materials, tools, and job site requirements
  • Support scheduling and timely completion of projects
  • Work overtime as required based on project demands


Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of residential HVAC experience preferred
  • Relevant trade certification required
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong installation and field experience
  • Leadership and team coordination skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work professionally in residential environments
  • Must be able to travel to job sites across the Edmonton area


Pay and Benefits

  • Pay: $42.00-$46.00 per hour
  • Full-time, permanent employment
  • Overtime paid in accordance with Alberta employment standards
  • Extended health and dental benefits
  • Paid training
  • Vacation pay paid out on each cheque
