Action Offshore is a division within Action Restoration providing HVAC Duct, Galley and Laundry Exhaust cleaning services, Decontamination and Mold Remediation services to many offshore clients.

Role Description

We are looking for a skilled Offshore HVAC Duct Cleaning Supervisor to join our team and oversee critical maintenance projects in offshore environments and other restoration projects. The supervisor will coordinate and lead HVAC duct cleaning projects, ensuring compliance with safety and health protocols. Daily responsibilities include supervising team members, conducting preventive maintenance, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct inspections, assessments, and quality control of cleaning activities. Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards. You will be required to liaise with offshore management and client representatives. Maintain accurate reports, documentation, and safety records. The role also requires monitoring equipment usage and providing timely reports to management. When not on an offshore project you will have the option to work in the restoration division of Action Restoration.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory skills, including team management and operational coordination
  • Proven experience in HVAC duct cleaning, preferably in offshore or industrial settings
  • Experience in preventive maintenance and ensuring operational efficiency
  • Strong customer service abilities, with a focus on meeting client needs
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in outdoor and offshore environments
  • Familiarity with safety protocols related to HVAC and duct cleaning
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in HVAC are a plus
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including potential overtime when required
  • TWIC card required or able to acquire one
  • Must be able to pass drug/alcohol testing
  • Certifications in HVAC systems and/or offshore safety training (THUET w/CA-EBS, ect.)
