  • Use diagnostic tools, schematics, and technical manuals to efficiently identify and resolve issues
  • Perform welding/fabrication as needed for repairs and modifications
  • Maintain accurate service records, parts ordering, and work order documentation

  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills on diesel engines (Cummins, Detroit, Caterpillar, etc.)
  • Experience with hydraulic systems, electrical troubleshooting, and brake systems

  • Familiarity with mobile/rough terrain cranes or hydraulic crane maintenance
  • ASE Heavy Duty Truck certifications (T-series) or equivalent
  • Welding experience (MIG/TIG/stick)
  • Basic understanding of crane rigging/operations (we will provide training)

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly pay based on experience (plus overtime opportunities)
  • Health benefits package
  • Paid time off and holiday pay
  • Industry-leading safety training and certifications
  • Modern, well-equipped shop with up-to-date diagnostic tools
  • Opportunities to cross-train on cranes, grow into lead roles, and advance within the company
