What will you do as a Direct Care Professional?

A direct care professional at MRO works with patients in an adult group home/community living support setting. We primarily care for individuals who have intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this role, your duties will include performing housekeeping tasks, running errands, providing transportation, and performing basic home health care for clients. This care consists of assistance with basic hygiene, bathing, feeding, medical monitoring, and other health care related tasks. One of the things we enjoy most is coming together to make our residents smile. We love it at MRO and we think you will too.


ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES WILL:

  • Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have a valid driver’s license
  • Submit to and result in a clean criminal background check
  • Comply with all pre-employment and training requirements
