Job description

Under the direction of the Terminal Supervisor, this position will be responsible for loading/unloading fuel from terminal rail cars.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Learn and apply procedures for loading/unloading rail cars.
  • Safely operates all equipment used to load and unload rail cars.
  • Completes all necessary paperwork related to loading/unloading rail cars.
  • Operates company vehicle.
  • Maintains cleanliness of truck and trailer to InterState Oil standards.
  • Follows all company safety and job procedures.
  • Works well with other employees and share workload appropriately.

Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Ability to work with tools and heavy equipment.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office applications)
  • Must be able to drive a company vehicle and maintain a clean MVR.
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to hookup/drive with trailers.
Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Clean MVR.
Physical Requirements:
  • Operates motor vehicle and trailer.
  • Works outdoors in hot and cold weather.
  • Able to constantly stand, climb, squat, bend, reach overhead.
  • Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
