Apartment Maintenance Technician – York Commons
East Liberty/Lawrenceville, PA – Full-time; Hourly, Non-exempt; Daylight Hours
Starting Pay: $18.00/hour - $20.00/hour; Depending on experience

The Apartment Maintenance Technician is responsible for basic property and maintenance repairs as well as cleaning of common areas and vacant apartments.

Requirements for the Apartment Maintenance Technician:
- Must have a minimum of one year of related experience or training or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
- Have basic computer skills (email, web searching, Microsoft Outlook). Ability to use position specific software systems.
- Driver’s license preferred but not required.
- Be able to effectively interact with all visitors, residents, and staff.
