Nurse (RN or LPN)

Shift: 7AM - 3PM
Pay:$31.00 - $45.50 per hour (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: $12,000.00 for Full-Time (pro-rated for part-time)
Location:Broad Reach Healthcare - Liberty Commons Rehabilitation & Skilled CareCenter, Chatham, Cape Cod, MA

About the Role

Broad Reach Healthcare is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our team. Inthis role, you'll provide consistent, high-quality nursing care to residentswho call our community home. You'll build meaningful relationships withresidents and families while ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity each day.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily nursing care and medication administration according to each resident's care plan.
• Observe, record, and report changes in resident conditions to the clinical team.
• Supervise and support CNAs and other direct care staff.
• Ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for residents.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote resident wellness.
• Follow all facility, state, and federal regulations for long-term care.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license (required).
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a caring team.
