What You'll Do
- Develop and implement customized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Assess patient needs and progress to adjust therapy strategies
- Educate patients and families on therapy exercises and home programs
- Document patient progress accurately and timely
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
- Adhere to facility policies and safety guidelines
- Support outpatient rehabilitation goals to improve patient function and quality of life
What You Need
- Valid Michigan Occupational Therapist license
- Minimum of 2 years outpatient therapy experience
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work at two facilities: Marshall, MI, and Battle Creek, MI
