Title: Molding Process Technician
Location: Libertyville, IL
Shift: M-F 8 am to 5 pm

Overview:
Seeking a skilled Injection Molding Technician with RJG Molding experience (mandatory) to support production, troubleshooting, and quality in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in injection molding or mold setup
  • Experience with hydraulic and electric injection molding machines
  • RJG Molding experience (mandatory)
  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • Associate’s degree in Plastics/Manufacturing (preferred)
  • RJG Master Molder I/II & Forklift Certification (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up molds, machines, and auxiliary equipment for production
  • Adjust parameters to ensure part quality and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot molding defects (flash, short shots, warping)
  • Perform routine maintenance and support repairs
  • Inspect parts and maintain quality documentation
  • Drive process improvements to reduce scrap and cycle time
  • Follow safety standards and regulatory requirements (ISO, FDA/GMP)
