  • Title: Process Engineer
  • Industry: Injection molding / medical device manufacturing
  • Experience: 4+ years in manufacturing; silicone injection molding a big plus
  • Education: BS in Engineering or related field preferred
  • Must-have skills: injection molding, mold validation, SPC, DOE, GD&T
  • Equipment exposure: vision systems, robots, end of arm tooling, automation, packaging
  • Tooling: quoting, procurement, modification, validation of new and existing molds
  • Vendor management: coordinates changes, approves tooling, works with outside vendors on component validations
  • Process improvement: cycle time reduction, scrap reduction, cost reduction, ISO compliance
  • Soft skills: cross-functional team player, good communicator, able to train Process and Mold Technicians
