Job Description Injection Mold Processor Location: Jacksonville, AR Shift: Day Shift Pay: $20-24/hour to start (DOE) Build a Career in Injection Mold Repair We're looking for a hands-on Injection Mold Processor to join our plastics manufacturing team. If you have experience working in injection molding, machining, mold maintenance, or tool room operations and enjoy solving mechanical problems, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career. This position works primarily on preventive maintenance and repair of large injection molds while supporting production in a clean, safety-focused manufacturing environment.

We're also willing to train someone with strong mechanical ability and plastics experience who wants to develop into a mold repair specialist. What You'll Do Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on large injection molds Diagnose and repair mold issues involving tooling, cooling systems, hydraulics, and wiring Disassemble, inspect, clean, repair, and reassemble molds Operate manual tool room equipment including mills, lathes, grinders, and other precision machinery Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and equipment manuals Use precision measuring tools including calipers and micrometers Maintain inventory of mold repair components and replacement parts Assist with mold changeovers as production needs require Keep the tool room organized, clean, and safe Support production by helping minimize downtime and improving mold reliability Qualifications High school diploma or GED Technical degree, machinist training, or equivalent experience preferred 4-6 years of plastics manufacturing or injection molding experience preferred Experience working in a tool room, mold shop, or machining environment Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to safely operate manual machine shop equipment Experience reading blueprints and using precision measuring instruments Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Experience Injection mold repair Injection molding process support Mold preventive maintenance Tool & die Manual machining Mold changeovers Hydraulic systems Cooling circuits Industrial maintenance Plastic injection molding equipment Why You'll Want This Job Day Shift schedule Competitive hourly pay with advancement opportunities Opportunity to learn injection mold repair from experienced professionals Stable manufacturing environment Career growth into senior mold repair or tooling positions Strong benefits package including company-paid healthcare, generous 401(k) match, paid holidays, and vacation Family-oriented company with long-term stability #LP
