Lead Technician / Master Tech – Delta Tire
$45 Hourly

What You’ll Do

  • Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on gas and diesel engines, electrical, A/C, transmissions, driveability, and suspension/alignment systems.
  • Operate efficiently across 2–3 bays to maximize shop productivity.
  • Utilize OEM and aftermarket scan tools, AllData, and Identifix daily.
  • Mentor and support other technicians to maintain Delta Tire’s high standards.
What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of advanced automotive diagnostic and repair experience.
  • Strong proficiency in engine, electrical, A/C, and alignment systems.
  • Familiarity with dealer-level software and scan tools across multiple manufacturers.
  • High motivation, efficiency, and teamwork.
