Job description

Physical Therapist (PT)

Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinics
Location: Yucca Valley, CA
Full-Time or Part-Time Positions Available

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join a relationship-driven outpatient practice serving the High Desert community across two clinic locations. This role is open to both new graduates and experienced clinicians who are passionate about delivering individualized, hands-on patient care in a supportive multidisciplinary environment.

Compensation (Hourly Range)

In compliance with California pay transparency requirements, the expected compensation range for this position is:

  • $42–$55 per hour (based on experience, education, and skill level)
  • Higher rates may be discussed during the interview process for highly qualified candidates

Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.

Schedule
  • Clinic hours: 7 days per week, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM
  • Fridays: 7:30 AM–4:00 PM
  • Part-time and full-time schedules available within operating hours
  • Flexible scheduling options available depending on clinic needs and availability
Caseload & Patient Care Model
  • Approximately 14 patients per day
  • Evaluations scheduled for 60 minutes
  • One-on-one, hands-on treatment approach
  • Diverse caseload including orthopedics, post-surgical rehab, sports injuries, chronic pain, neurologic conditions, and geriatric care

  • Yucca Valley, California (3 openings)
About the Practice

We are an outpatient physical therapy clinic serving the High Desert region through two locations. Our practice provides care for a wide range of patients, including sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain conditions, neurologic disorders, and geriatric populations.

In addition to physical therapy services, we offer pediatric care alongside speech and occupational therapy, creating a multidisciplinary environment that supports patients and families across the region.

We are a community-focused practice with many long-term patients and a strong emphasis on continuity of care, trust, and patient relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations (60 minutes)
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver hands-on outpatient physical therapy services across a varied caseload
  • Collaborate with speech and occupational therapy providers in a multidisciplinary setting
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Build long-term therapeutic relationships with patients and the community
QualificationsRequired
  • Active Physical Therapist license in California (or eligibility to obtain licensure)

  • Candidates with primarily long-term skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience (10+ years in SNF-focused practice) are not aligned with this outpatient role
