Nestled in the heart of Hartville, our store is a treasure trove of unique and thoughtfully curated gifts, charming keepsakes, treasured collectibles and ladies' fashions. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, inviting atmosphere where our guests can find the perfect gift and enjoy a memorable shopping experience.
  • Position Overview:
    We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team and help us continue to spread joy through our carefully selected gifts. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining our store's welcoming environment, and ensuring every visitor leaves with a smile.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor, offering assistance and personalized recommendations.
    • Showcase our diverse range of gifts and provide detailed information about products.
    • Assist with transactions, including processing sales and handling returns.
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of our inventory and new arrivals.
    • Contribute to a positive team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve store goals.
    • Provide outstanding customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.

    Qualifications:
    • Previous retail sales experience is required. Jewelry sales experience is preferred.
    • A genuine passion for gifts, home decor, jewelry, handbags and creating delightful customer experiences.
    • Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Flexibility to work various shifts, including Saturdays, evenings and some holidays.
    • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
