Urgent Hiring  for Registered Nurse position in Albuquerque NM 87120

POSITION     :  Registered Nurse(RN)

LOCATION   :  Albuquerque NM 87120

CONTRACT :  6 WEEKS

SHIFT            :  7:00AM-7:30PM

REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Updated Resume
  • State RN license
  • BLS/CPR
  • Immunization Report – PPD/ Flu shot/ TB Report / Physical Report
  • 1-2 years of experience in long term care, sub-acute care, rehabilitation in-patient facility.

Registered Nurse (RN) – Job Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
  • Monitor patient conditions and record vital signs
  • Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and care plans
  • Perform clinical procedures and assist with diagnostic tests
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in electronic health records (EHR)
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control protocols
  • Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care when required
  • Advocate for patients’ needs and coordinate continuity of care
