Shift : 12 hrs. Day / Night

Contract: 12 weeks

Requirements:

  • BLS/CPR
  • Immunization Report - PPD/ Flu shot/ TB Report / Physical Report
  • 1-2 years of experience in long term care, sub-acute care, rehabilitation in-patient facility.
