Acute RN - Med / Surg
We are actively recruiting several full-time, permanent Registered Nurse (RN) positions for a leading healthcare system. These roles offer the opportunity to provide exceptional care within a Med/Surg setting, where professionalism, patient-centered care, and collaboration are key.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Work Schedule: Full-Time, 72 hours biweekly
  • Shift: Night Shift, 7 PM - 7 AM
  • Deliver high-quality care in a Med/Surg setting, maintaining professionalism and adhering to Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.
  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including history collection, physical exams, and diagnostic analysis to determine individualized care needs.
  • Develop and implement personalized nursing care plans, aligned with physician directives and tailored to the unique, age-specific needs of each patient.
  • Conduct hourly rounds to ensure patient safety and satisfaction, promoting a comforting and supportive environment.
  • Manage medical equipment and patient care interventions, including central lines, Foley catheters, pressure ulcers, ventilators (if applicable), restraints, and fall-risk protocols.
Acute RN - Med / Surg Qualifications:
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required for all nursing staff.
  • Advanced Resuscitative Certification required for Charge Nurse or PCS roles for specific patient populations.
