Distribution Associate - Full Time
Feldco Windows, Siding, Doors amp; Roofing is looking for a Full-Time Distribution Warehouse Associate to join our team in Homewood, IL. IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- This position would require a valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Job Info:
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Location: 17330 Hoffman Way, Homewood, Illinois
- Salary: $17/hour
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM.
- Overtime: Up to 4 hours on Saturdays (twice per month, paid at 1.5x hourly rate).
Warehouse Roles amp; Responsibilities:
- Receive, inventory amp; stage products with 100% accuracy.
- Utilize an RF scanner to accurately maintain amp; order stock inventory as needed.
- Receive deliveries amp; distribute packages.
- Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Follow daily operational procedures and routines.
- Assist with facility maintenance, including minor repairs and office setup (e.g., cubicles, lighting).
- Support Operations Managers with various projects and tasks.
- Please be advised that this position will require individuals to lift 50 to 100lbs on a regular basis.
Position Qualifications:
- Valid Driver's License.
- Must be reliable with a track record of good attendance.
- Ability to lift 50 to 100 lbs.
- Highly organized amp; detail orientated.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced, dynamic team environment.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
