Job description

GardaWorld Security Services is Now Hiring a SOC & Security Technology Supervisor. We are hiring a SOC & Security Technology Supervisor to lead daily Security Operations Center (SOC) functions while supporting field security operations in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. This is a hands-on working supervisor role-you will actively monitor systems, coordinate incidents, and support both SOC Operators and Security Officers during your shift.

You'll play a key role in ensuring: Accurate incident monitoring and escalation Effective use of security technology Strong coordination between SOC and field teams Consistent operational standards across the team Key Responsibilities SOC Operations (Lead + Hands-On) Supervise SOC Operators during assigned shifts Monitor alerts, incidents, and system activity in real time Ensure proper triage, prioritization, and escalation Act as escalation point for complex incidents Maintain shift coverage and operational readiness ________________________________________ Security Operations Support Support supervision of Security Officers and field teams Coordinate real-time communication between SOC and field staff Reinforce response standards and professionalism Assist with deployment awareness during incidents ________________________________________ Security Technology Operations Operate and support systems including: o CCTV / video surveillance o Access control o Alarm monitoring Assist with troubleshooting and issue escalation Ensure consistent and proper system use by SOC staff ________________________________________ Continuous Improvement & Technology Support Stay informed on emerging threats and security technology trends Partner with internal teams and vendors to support system improvements Provide feedback on system usability and performance Promote consistent and effective use of SOC tools and systems ________________________________________ Cross-Functional Coordination Work with internal teams: o Security Operations o Facilities o IT / Technology o Event Operations Coordinate with external partners and vendors as needed Ensure clear communication during incidents and operational changes ________________________________________ Coaching & Team Development Train and coach SOC Operators on: o Monitoring and alert recognition o Escalation decisions o Documentation quality Reinforce SOPs and operational standards Support onboarding of new team members ________________________________________ Administrative Responsibilities Review daily activity logs and incident reports Ensure documentation accuracy and completeness Support scheduling and shift coverage coordination Track basic operational metrics (alerts, response times) ________________________________________ Event & Peak Operations Support Support SOC operations during events and high-traffic periods Adjust priorities based on volume and risk Coordinate closely with field leadership ________________________________________ Requirements 2-5+ years experience in: o Security Operations Center (SOC), dispatch, or security operations 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred Experience with CCTV, access control, or alarm systems Strong decision-making and situational awareness Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays Valid driver's license Ability to pass background screening ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications Experience supervising security officers or field teams Experience in retail, venue, or high-traffic environments Familiarity with systems such as Genetec, Everbridge, Motorola Experience with scheduling or administrative support Work Environment On-site Security Operations Center High-visibility, fast-paced environment Combination of desk-based monitoring and active coordination What's in it for you: Site Location: King Of Prussia, PA 19406 Set schedule: Full Time, Must be available for Evenings, Weekends, Holidays and Event Coverage Competitive hourly wage of $28-$30 (DailyPay is available for GardaWorld employees!)
