Job description

PathPoint is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse or Licensed Psychiatric Technician to provide direct nursing care and support to individuals served in the Medical Day Services program, in accordance with DDS Directive D-2024RateReform-008. This role is responsible for implementing restricted health care plans, administering medications, monitoring health conditions, and collaborating with the Consulting Registered Nurse (RN) for clinical oversight. This role collaborates with the program coordination team to support medically fragile individuals in a community-based setting. Positions available in our San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Lancaster locations.

Position Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Psychology, Social Work, or related human services degree, or currently licensed as a vocational nurse in the State of California, and a minimum of 1 year of management experience in the human services field.

Compensation: This is an hourly, non-exempt position with a starting wage of $36.00 per hour. The pay range for this position is $36.00-$39.38 an hour, the pay range is subject to change based on a variety of factors.
