Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to support CI/CD, application deployments, and modernization initiatives across a primarily Windows-based environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Harness and modern DevOps practices, with exposure to Kubernetes or OpenShift highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using Harness
* Support the organization's ongoing migration to GitHub and implementation of GitHub Actions
* Manage and troubleshoot application deployments across primarily Windows Server environments
* Support containerized application deployments using Kubernetes and/or OpenShift
* Develop and maintain Helm charts for OpenShift deployments
* Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve deployment automation, reliability, and efficiency
* Troubleshoot deployment and pipeline issues and identify opportunities to improve DevOps processes
REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong hands-on experience with Harness
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
* Experience with GitHub and/or GitHub Actions
* Experience supporting deployments in Windows Server environments
* Strong understanding of modern DevOps practices and tools
Preferred Qualifications:
* OpenShift experience
* Kubernetes experience if OpenShift experience is not available
* Experience creating or working with Helm charts
* Experience supporting application modernization and migration to GitHub
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
