DevOps Engineer

Email: LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/myitrecruiterbrenton/ We are seeking DevOps Engineers to support the automation, optimization, and deployment of cloud-based environments and scalable platforms. This role focuses on building reliable CI/CD pipelines, managing infrastructure as code, and ensuring consistent, secure, and high-performance deployments. Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
Manage source control repositories and infrastructure configurations
Implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform and CloudFormation
Automate provisioning, configuration, and scaling of cloud environments
Enhance platform performance through automation and optimization efforts
Collaborate with engineering teams to streamline deployment workflows
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions for system health
Troubleshoot deployment issues and optimize performance in active environments
Maintain version control and change management processes
Develop automation scripts to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency
Ensure consistency and repeatability across deployments
Support security hardening and compliance automation initiatives Required Qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in DevOps, automation, or software engineering
Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.)
Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
Experience with Git and version control best practices
Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud architectures
Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with Linux/Unix systems Preferred Qualifications
Experience with container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, ECS)
Knowledge of security automation and compliance practices
Experience supporting high-availability or enterprise systems
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Background in software engineering or systems engineering
Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role.
