We are seeking a seasoned and visionary leader to serve as ourGlobal Head of Claims Data & Analytics. This senior executive will define and drive our enterprise-wide data and analytics strategy, enhancing organizational decision-making and supporting profitable growth. The role will champion a data-driven culture, ensuring the company leverages advanced analytics, data governance, and business intelligence to improve claims management, key operational metrics and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing global claims data & analytics team, fostering collaboration across underwriting, claims, actuarial, finance, and IT.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive data and analytics strategy aligned with the organization's vision and business objectives.
  • Oversee enterprise data governance, quality, security, and compliance initiatives, ensuring data integrity and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Drive the adoption of predictive modeling, machine learning, and advanced analytics solutions for, claims, , fraud detection, and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in the selection and integrate of leading-edge data technologies, platforms, and tools to support scalable and agile analytics infrastructure.
  • Foster a data-driven culture by promoting analytics literacy and best practices acrossthe global claim organization.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure progress and impact.
  • Partner with external vendors, data providers, and technology partners to expand data sources and capabilities.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, regulatory changes, and disruptors in data & analytics within the Insurance sector.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years' progressive leadership experience in claims data & analytics, preferably within the insurance, financial services, or risk management sectors.
  • Proven expertise operationalizing data-driven solutions.
  • Deep understanding of casualty and property insurance products, global markets, and regulatory environments.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced analytics, statistical modeling, data governance, big data platforms and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management,vendor management and communication skills.
