Artificial Intelligence Engineer:
We are currently seeking candidates for an Artificial Intelligence Engineer position located at our Cleveland, Ohio office.
Pay Range: $60k-$80k
Location: Cleveland, Ohio
Position Summary:
The Financial Data Analyst supports financial performance by delivering data-driven insights across revenue cycles, cost of care, and value-based reimbursement programs. This role integrates clinical and financial data to optimize reimbursement, manage costs, and improve operating margins across behavioral health service lines.
Essential Duties amp; Responsibilities:
Data Management amp; Integration
  • Collect, clean, validate, and integrate data across EHR, claims, billing, and financial systems
  • Integrate clinical and financial datasets for cost-of-care and margin analysis
  • Maintain revenue cycle data pipelines (billing, collections, denials)
  • Develop standardized datasets for revenue, expense, and payer performance
  • Ensure data integrity for census, LOS, and reimbursement drivers
Analytics amp; Insight Generation
  • Analyze revenue cycle performance including net revenue, denials, and AR
  • Evaluate labor, productivity, and cost drivers across departments
  • Perform service line profitability analysis
  • Identify EBITDA improvement opportunities
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Analyze value-based care financial performance
  • Identify high-cost populations and revenue leakage
Reporting amp; Visualization
  • Build dashboards showing revenue, cost, and margin performance
  • Develop automated financial reporting
  • Present insights to executive leadership
  • Create monthly financial performance packages

Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with finance, operations, and clinical teams
  • Support leaders in understanding financial impact of decisions
  • Collaborate with IT for data infrastructure improvements

Compliance amp; Data Governance
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance
  • Maintain financial data definitions and documentation
  • Support audit readiness

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Health Informatics, Statistics, Public Health, or related fields preferred
Experience:
  • Experience in healthcare finance or behavioral healt
  • Knowledge of reimbursement models and revenue cycle KPI
  • Strong Power BI, Excel, and SQL skills
  • Experience with budgeting and financial planning
