We are seeking an experienced Folder Gluer Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining folder gluer machines to produce high-quality folding cartons in a fast-paced packaging environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Brausse and/or Signature folder gluers and a strong understanding of carton converting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate Brausse and Signature folder gluer machines
- Run straight-line, auto-bottom, and 4/6 corner cartons
- Read and interpret job tickets, specs, and structural drawings
- Ensure proper glue application, alignment, and folding accuracy
- Monitor production for quality, consistency, and efficiency
- Perform make-ready, adjustments, and changeovers
- Inspect finished product to ensure it meets customer and quality standards
- Troubleshoot mechanical and production issues
- Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance
- Work closely with die cutting and press departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Accurately complete production reports and documentation
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience operating folder gluer machines
- Experience with Brausse and/or Signature equipment
