ABOUT CUSTOM PRINT GRAPHICS:

Custom Print Graphics (CPG) is a Chicago-based decorated apparel company with over 15 years in the industry. We specialize in screen printing, embroidery, and direct-to-film (DTF) decoration, serving a diverse client base ranging from local small businesses and nonprofits to regional and national brands. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers by phone, email, and walk-in - providing prompt, professional, and friendly communication
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers and vendors, directing them appropriately and ensuring a positive front-desk experience
  • Manage and respond to a high volume of inbound emails, ensuring inquiries are answered or escalated in a timely manner
  • Answer multi-line phones and handle or transfer calls with professionalism
  • Follow up on open orders, proofs, and artwork approvals to keep jobs moving on schedule
  • Communicate order status updates, delays, and delivery timelines to customers proactively
  • Assist with quotes and pricing inquiries using established pricing guidelines
  • Maintain organized records of customer interactions, orders, and correspondence
  • Collaborate with production, art, and shipping departments to resolve issues and keep workflow smooth
  • Perform general front-office administrative duties as needed
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 1+ years of customer service, front desk, or office administration experience (manufacturing, print, or production environment a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable managing email volume and phone calls simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail โ€” you catch things before they become problems
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; comfort learning order management or production software
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude who takes ownership of their role
