Matilda, part of Éxodo Hospitality, is looking for passionate and hardworking Line Cooks to join our growing culinary team.

Matilda is a high-volume, chef-driven restaurant that blends Mexican and Peruvian flavors with elevated techniques and exceptional hospitality. We're looking for professionals who take pride in their craft, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are eager to grow with a company that continues to expand.

What You'll Do
  • Prepare and execute dishes according to our recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain consistency, organization, and efficiency during service.
  • Set up and break down your station each shift.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and labeling procedures.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
  • Support fellow team members and contribute to a positive kitchen culture.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of line cook experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant is required.
  • Experience with scratch cooking and maintaining consistent food quality.
