Job description

POSITION:                     Special Education Tutor (s)  

                                        7 hours per day 

LOCATION:                    NOMS 1,  NOHS 1

QUALIFICATIONS:         Intervention Specialist Certification 

                                        Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Intensive Licensure  

  • Preferred experience working with students with a wide variety of disabilities in identified areas such as adaptive skills, self-regulation, social skills, or various academic deficits
  • The willingness to participate in professional learning opportunities in order to better provide students with targeted services
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Adept in the collection and analysis of student data
  • The ability to collaborate on a team to create a positive learning environment that facilitates student academic and social goals
