Job description

CNC Programmer

B & H Machining – Ramsey, MN


Pay: $35 - $50 per hour
Job Type: Full-time


Job Summary

B & H Machining is a growing CNC machine shop serving multiple industries. We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer to join our team.


The ideal candidate will have experience using GibbsCAM; however, we are willing to cross-train the right individual.


Key Responsibilities

  • Program CNC mills and/or lathes
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Develop CNC programs using GibbsCAM or other CAD/CAM software
  • Design custom tooling and fixtures
  • Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary program changes
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to support lean manufacturing initiatives
  • Maintain accurate documentation of programs and setups
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Work collaboratively with machinists

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer
  • Experience with CAD/CAM software; GibbsCAM preferred
  • Solid understanding of machining geometry and tolerancing
  • Experience working with aerospace or other high-precision industries
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
