Job description

Integrated Magnetics is seeking an experienced CNC OD/ID Grinder to operate CNC grinding machines specializing in outside diameter (OD) and inside diameter (ID) grinding. The CNC OD/ID Grinder will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating grinding equipment to produce precision components that meet stringent quality standards. This role is vital to supporting our commitment to delivering custom engineered solutions to the military, government, aerospace, semiconductor, and medical industries.

Key responsibilities include interpreting engineering drawings, performing machine setups, conducting quality inspections, maintaining machine maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Shift options include First Shift from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM and second shift from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, hourly rates range from $30/hr up to $50/hr

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in CNC OD/ID grinding preferred.
  • Proven experience operating CNC OD/ID grinding machines.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
  • Strong knowledge of grinding processes, tooling, and inspection techniques.
  • Proficiency with precision measuring instruments.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
  • Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
