Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Burlington Health and Rehabilitation Center in Burlington, WI. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, resident-centered care to our patients. If you are passionate about helping others and making a difference in people's lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

  • Provide vital signs and report changes to the nursing staff

  • Assist with mobility and transfer patients safely and efficiently

  • Maintain a clean and organized patient environment

  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement patient care plans

  • Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner
