Job Description
n:The Facilities Coordinator will serve as the on-site point of contact ensuring smooth operations within the office. This person will oversee day-to-day facility needs, support vendor coordination, maintain organized workspaces, and help deliver an excellent employee experienc
Key Responsibilities
- es:Monitor facility requests, ensuring service tickets are assigned and resolved quick
- ly.Coordinate maintenance activities, office repairs, and general upke
- ep.Assist with vendor oversight, service agreements, and routine performance chec
- ks.Manage office supply levels, pantry restocking, PPE, and special order reques
- ts.Support in-office events, including room setup, catering coordination, and cleanup reques
- ts.Review and process invoices, expenses, and related documentation with accura
- cy.Conduct routine walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness and proper storage of suppli
- es.Support budgeting tasks and facility-related cost tracki
- ng.Perform periodic safety inspections and ensure emergency equipment remains complia
- nt.Provide ergonomic support by coordinating workstation assessments as need
- ed.Lead new hire office orientations, seating assignments, and desk mov
- es.Maintain accurate occupancy and space-planning recor
- ds.Oversee shipping/receiving and manage incoming/outgoing ma
- il.Assist with occasional phone coverage for additional office locatio
- ns.Partner closely with IT, HR, Marketing, and other key internal tea
- ms.Build strong working relationships with building management, engineers, and security sta

Qualificati
- ons:3–5+ years of experience in facilities coordination or office operations, ideally within a professional services environm
- ent.Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work cross-functiona
- lly.Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of outco
- mes.Ability to anticipate needs and build positive relationships with employees and vend
- ors.Strategic and proactive problem-sol
