  • Monitor regulatory, payer, CPT, HCPCS, and revenue code changes and implement required updates.
  • Support revenue integrity initiatives through auditing, data analysis, and process improvement efforts.
  • Assist with reimbursement validation, pricing reviews, and charge-related compliance activities.
  • Maintain documentation of CDM changes and provide reporting on revenue integrity metrics and trends.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of direct Chargemaster (CDM) experience in a hospital setting.
  • Strong understanding of revenue integrity, charge capture, charge reconciliation, and hospital reimbursement processes.
  • Working knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, revenue codes, and healthcare billing practices.
  • Experience supporting CDM optimization, maintenance, audits, and compliance initiatives.
  • Familiarity with hospital information systems and electronic health record platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify charging and reimbursement issues.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Preferred Background:

  • Chargemaster Specialist
